Tuesday was a rather slow day. In the morning we went and visited the Olympic Buildings they were massive and the architecture was very impressive. The birds nest was very interesting and really embodied the Chinese modern designs we saw all over Beijing. It was mostly just an opportunity to take photos. There was quite the interesting show being put on for us, there was a tightrope walker that walked back and forth across the massive edifice. At one point it was actually quite windy and he had to lie down and wait for the wind to pass, it was one of the most impressive balancing showings I have seen in my entire life. After taking many pictures we found out that the Water Cube was closed which was quite a disappointment because I was really looking forward to that. We could see the outside still and it was still very impressive, it is a very neat building. After taking a few blinding pictures because of the blaring sun and the white sidewalks, my scorched retinas and I walked back to the bus to go grab some food and take a small break before our third company visit. Lenovo, our visit, was perhaps the coolest thing we did in China; their tour center is one of the most impressive things I have seen in an office building ever. Their products were very high tech, affordable, and displayed impressively. It was more of an arcade than anything, it had striking similarities to Chocolate World at Hershey Park.
