It wasn’t a very exciting day today, especially compared to some of the other days we’ve had, but I still learned a lot. We had breakfast at the hotel again and enjoyed listening to Breakfast Song while eating our latkes with chopsticks and warm juice. After that, we went to class and learned some more very interesting stuff. Claudia brought all of us lychee fruit, I’d never tried it before and it was very good!
After that, we had some more time to hang out and went off to our final company tour to Hanwon. I didn’t think that it was that exciting, especially after seeing the Lenovo tour. They sold high tech electronic products that could do amazing things, like being able to use a pen to write on a computer, or writing over scanned in documents. They had a kindle equivalent as well. They also had about four ping pong tables set up in a common area, which I thought was stereotypically Chinese. That night, we decided to go out on the town again and have some fun because tomorrow will be our last full day in China. I’m not looking forward to experiencing the jet lag that I am just now starting to fully get over again.
